Steve Parkinson, or 'Parko' joined the club in 2014 as a result of the New Zealand scouting department.
Initially Parko was a bowler, impressing with an early spell of 2 for 14 against Merton, before injury restricted this and forced Steve to demonstrate his batting skills.
A club record individual score of 141 duly followed against Clapham Nomads in August 2016, following scores of 67 and 80 at the end of the 2015 season.
Injury prone however, but clearly skilled with a razor on the odd occasion he chooses to use one.
The club looks forward to Parko combining all his cricketing skills in the same season in which case they'd have a fine all rounder on their hands!
