After six seasons and about 12 fixtures of trying, the Exiles finally overcome their greatest ever hoodoo to beat North Croydon for the first time ever.

Wil Scott (30), Sam Scott (21), and Quentin Davies (31) all made runs as the Exiles put up a reasonable score of 150.

Stuart Devlin's brother, Mark, opened the attack for the Exiles and was quickly in the wickets smashing 'Flintoff's' stumps early on and giving all the North Croydon difficulties with his pace. Stuart would have been proud as Mark finished with 5 for 30. Sam Scott polished off the innings with wickets in consecutive balls as North Croydon paid the price for letting one of their players leave early because they thought they would not be required. Man of the match was Mark Devlin.
