Match Report Form
The link below is for you to download a Excel workbook that is a template for completing the weekly match report.
I hope it is fairly straight forward to use. There is a simple macro of VB Script and you should allow it to run. It will help complete player names in the form.
- Downland the form and save to your workstation.
- The file
- Open it up and complete as much information as you can.
- Save the file
- Email it to me.
There will be updates as people send me ideas and comments. Please visit this page again when you want to send me a report.
