Exiles were beaten by 60 runs by Ploughmans on Sunday – as a partnership of 134 for the 5th wicket for Ploughmans ensured their team recovered from an early triple strike from Naren Patel (3 for 19) to post a very competitive 202 all out. Once the partnership had been broken, Exiles did well to take 6 wickets for only 33 runs, but the damage had been done.

An early partnership of 42 between Shahid Iqbal (37) and Sahir Khursid gave Exiles hope in reply but in truth they never got close despite a hard hit 48 not out from Andy Wingfield.
