Exiles were beaten by 3 runs on their return to Chiswick by Agricola.
Despite an early shower, the Chiswick surface was still as batter friendly as ever and despite some superb bowling by Moynihan (1 for 10), Agricola were able to power to 194 for 4 off their 35 overs.
After losing a couple of early wickets, a consolidating partnership of 125 between Searle (40) and Moynihan (68) got the Exiles back in the game but despite a late flourish by Wingfield (37no off 20), Exiles were to fall just 3 runs short.
An excellent game an full credit to both sides for making the fixture work despite both clubs being under-staffed.
Terence Moynihan was man-of-the-match for a fine all round performance.
Next game sees Exiles away at Surbiton Imperials.
