A fine innings of 61 by Drew Scott-Dawkins helped Exiles to a 60 run victory over Old Rutlishians on Sunday as Exiles returned to winning ways following 2 losses.
Scott-Dawkins combined with Will Kent (31) to build a partnership of 83 to help the Exiles to 130 for 3 before a late flurry of wickets saw Exiles crumble on the dusty Abbey Rec strip to 159 all out of the last ball of the 40.
But that target was to prove plenty as a fine bowling and fielding display saw Old Ruts restricted to 99 all out, with Phil Ling (3 for 23) the chief tormentor.
A trip to Eltham next week awaits the Exiles.
