Exiles slipped to a 14 run defeat by WICC on Sunday.

Another toss was won and Exiles restricted their opponents to 198 for 8 off their 40 – with Johnny Aloysius (3 for 42) chiefly amongst the wickets.

The reply started poorly and despite 44 from Paolo Tabasso, Exiles slipped to 138 for 9 before a partnership of 46 for the last wicket between Aloysius (23 not out) and Phil Ling (an Exiles career-best equalling 17) got the Exiles within 14, but it wasn’t quite to be.
